• Packaged offers: Pack 1 (Essential), Pack 2 (Complete), Pack 3 (Full Support)

3. Pricing & Payment

• All services require full payment upfront.

• Payments are accepted via credit/debit card only.

• Prices do not include VAT or other applicable taxes.

• Invoices are issued upon confirmation of payment.

4. Delivery & Timelines

We aim to complete all services within 1 month from payment, including:

• Company registration

• Website and logo delivery

• Banking introduction

Please note: all delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee.

• You may request a refund within 2 days of payment.

• Refunds will be processed only if:

  • Delivery is not made within 2 months of payment

  • There is a clear and justified reason for dissatisfaction

• Requests must be made in writing to contact@launcheasesolutions.com

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete our services, the client must:

• Provide required documentation, including valid ID and proof of address

• Be available for verification calls or video calls if needed

• Respond promptly to any information or form requests

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service delivery or impact eligibility for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaunchEase Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party providers, such as banks (e.g., Revolut), governmental registries, or external platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

​

• All website designs and logos are fully transferred to the client upon final delivery and payment.

• LaunchEase Solutions does not retain ownership of any design or branding materials.

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
